The Sunday School season is right around the corner. We are in need of Adults willing to lead or co-facilitate Adult Sunday School classes (Book Study, Bible Study, Lectionary discussion, topical small groups, etc). Summer is almost over and it is time again to sign up for supper clubs/foyer groups. This is great way to get to know new parishioners and to renew old friendships.
The groups consist of 8 or so people and they meet once a month for a meal or an event. It can be pot luck, a picnic or even a “road trip” to someplace the group would like to visit. Let’s see who can have the most unique gathering!
Sign up by Friday, September 17, 2010 and you will be contacted about who is in your group. Sign up sheets are located on the bulletin board in the church living room.
Adult dance classes are continuing through the summer. We have just finished introductory Rumba and Waltz. We are not starting Swing at 6:30 and Salsa at 7:30.
Come for one or both!!
No partner needed!! Classes are beginner level, lots of fun and great exercise. Cost is $10 for 1 lesson and $15 for both. Questions? Call Jo Erickson 704-782-2488.
