8:00 am Quiet Communion

The 8:00 am service offers worshippers an opportunity to come before God in a quiet/contemplative worship style. The service uses both Rite I and Rite II from the Book of Common Prayer, alternating by liturgical season. While there is no music, there is a full sermon and and extended times of prayer. The theological focus is a transcendent God who calls us into relationship with him through a "still, small voice" if we will only listen.

While attendance at this service is small, many find this service to their liking because it feels more intimate and personal. Coffee is ready when the service is over and you'll run into others arriving for the 9am service in Parish Hall.

Welcome Visitors. When you arrive, you will be entering through what we know as "the Living Room," the hub of the parish. Please look for Greeters at the entrance (they have a special pink name tag), and they will look forward to meeting you and answering questions. When you arrive at your place in worship, please find a yellow card in the back of the pew (or from the usher). Fill out the tear-off portion and put it in the offering plates. We will look forward to being in touch with you, getting to know you better and helping you to find your way into All Saints. Again, welcome, we are blessed by your presence.
