Hospice
The Hospice program provides medical and social services care to patients and their families, bereavement counseling services, Home Care, and a Hospice House. Hospice is a part of CMC-NorthEast Medical Center. Hospice and Home Care covers recovering, disabled, and chronically or terminally ill adults and children. We also provide special ongoing needs for snacks, cleaning supplies, etc. A number of our current parishioners actually work within the Hospice organization.
